I just finished watching the new Marley documentary. It's amazing!
There is new audio that I had never heard before, new video footage that I had never seen, and lots of video footage that had been cleaned up and looked very crisp. There are plenty of great interviews with people who were around Bob during his life. I was surprised that they did not get any interviews from Roger Steffens (noted Bob Marley historian and reggae archivist), but then again, he has been critical of the Marley estate in the past, and this movie was definitely sanctioned by the Marley family.
Anyhoon, you can rent it on facebook and itunes. Totally worth the time. There's also lots of footage of Jamaica that reminded me very much of the two times I have been there. It is a place like no other.

This looks so amazing! I had taped a really great documentary from the A&E Channel years ago and It was so informative and very candid. If i recall correctly a lot of it was his mom talking and she gave the perspective on him and his life. This looks so interesting and I love unseen footage and audio type stuff. Thank you again Ryan. I should just make that your new name.
