Since the Travis era started I have had about 10 RFR songs. I liked what I heard but never gave them much attention. After recently obtaining a few live Cd's ( thanks Matt ) they now have my attention and respect. Anyway, does anyone know where I can access their lyrics? I have tried their myspace page but can't seem to get anyone's attention. As is the case with most of Travis's music I can figure out about 80% of the words but need the other 20% to complete the puzzle. One particular line needs immediate attention because it is driving me crazy that I can't figure it out even though I have heard 3 different versions. The song is "Compared to What" and the line goes "your eyes are full of fear, your body language is ______ ? Also does anyone know the name of the second song from the Malibu Inn December, 2005 show? Rocket Logic is the opening track and Code A16 is listed second, but there is another song in between that is not listed. It is probably my favorite RFR song so I would like to know the name of it.
Peace, Tim

You're welcome! And, for some reason, I hear "Timid-like"... Also, if you have questions about lyrics/song titles, the drummer (Sarah) has been pretty helpful to me. You can contact her via MySpace: www.myspace.com/sarahscarlatamusic

I thought it sounded like "turbulent", but I'm not sure.

I've thought it was "telling me" at first now possibly "trembling", it's hard to tell. Compared to What definitely my fav RFR song.

Man I am really confused now. After a few listens I starting buying into timid-like, which fits lyrically with what he is saying, but so does turbulent. Does anyone know the name of the song I asked about? It begins with the lyrics: Looking in through the hallway, the sketches left along the way. The simplest kinda healing, is only light years away.

The drummer confirmed that the lyrics to that song is, in fact, Code A16.

I have been avoiding myspace because that site seems extremely slow to me lately and is always freezing up, but I finally sent Sarah a message and asked her a bunch of questions. Anyway, I guess I confused my songs but I still have a song that is not on the track list. What is the name of the song about being an asshole?

Sarah is sending me a Rain Fur Rent CD called "Scarecrow"... "I just listened to Scarecrow and noticed there was a cool version of Jellied #7. There are some rare songs on it and it's really raw and acoustic. I'll pop it in the mail today." I'll post it for all when I receive it.

Very cool. Can't wait. I am very much enjoying what I have but could always use more. I sent a message to the person who posted the three RFR videos on youtube and asked if there was any more video and he said there is a lot, but he has not had time to sort through them in order to post the best ones. I am going to try and nudge him to get some up soon. I will keep you all posted.
