WOW what a show man!! the metro was my 7th show and by far the best I've seen. i went with the person who originally introduced me to blind melon which was cool. we traveled 17 and some hours from NY to Chicago for the show it was well worth it. the guys were on point Travis' vocals were amazing the band was mind blowing as usual. the energy in the place was crazy everyone was so pumped, it was grate meeting some new people from the forum. i again want to thank Matt for hooking me up with the press pass, we saw rogers a few hours before the show and i thanked him too. i was with my friend who was kinda freaking out since Rogers and Chris are his biggest idols he said he would try to out me down for 2 passes, we got to the door and he came through with 2 passes for me how awesome is that!!! I don't think i can put into words how amazing the show was they just played one mind blowing song after another. Travis played my Kazoo for skinned (if any one has pictures of him playing it can you PM them to me i was playing my own and didn't think to snap away) Travis also grave the forum a shout out during the show. i thought that was awsome. after the show we went outside to were the bus was at to talk to the guys. i stopped Travis in his tracks we talked for a good 1o min he singed my kazoo and my press pass. he's such a cool guy and was in s grate mood he have me a huge hug and a nice big kiss and then before he got on the bus gave me another hug as we waited for the rest of the band we noticed that Thee Galaxie was across the street, Mario thank you so much for letting us sit in it and take pictures, it still feels like a dream that car has been my dream car for a very long time so to get to sit in it was amazing. THANK YOU for bringing it. after that i got to talk to Brad for over 15 min i showed him my new inc he thought it was awesome and ran in the tour bus to get his camera he took a video of them asked were i was from and then i showed him the change tattoo i have and the My Galaxie that was awesome i talked to Chris and we talked about the east coast tour he assured me they would be back soon.
I am going to develop my pictures tomorrow when i get some dark room hours at school, and put them through the negative printer and will post them ASAP
sorry for rambling on for so long. this was just one of the best nights... day of my life.

Wow! This was my 2nd show and it was great. Not as good as the Indy show but still really, really good. This was also my 1st time to the Metro. A couple of friends and I took the train up from Indianapolis, $46 round trip. It would have cost us more than that in freaking gasoline and parking. Anyway, we stayed up in the balcony for most of the show, until "Time". The bass line has always stood out to me in that song. So, I made my way down to the speaker stack on the right side of the stage (Rogers side). In the words of Harry Caray........"Holy Cow"! It was like the bass went straight to my bones and took over every movement.
