It's hard. It took me several days to get back to normal. But then the tour was announces so now I'm all excited again. I just keep looking at my pics and reliving the shows...they were that good.

Sorry guys. Maybe the guys will surprise you and end up closer than you think. i hope so. I've sent Rick Canny a message w/ a bunch of links to pages of clubs in the Eastern Part of Canada. we have one here really close, that'd hold 300 easy; it has a horseshoe balcony too! pretty sweet. I'm sure about 50 people from my home town would drive the hour to the city to see 'em too!!!! and our canadian dollar is actually better than the USD at the moment. BUUUUUUTTT...if i were the band i'd be headin south and then west, this time of year too "summer's come and gone and winter needs a song...."

They are totally gonna play canada... at your House, kevin.
I mean look what happened to me... I was like "pashaw! they're never gonna play Florida.. Florida sucks" and then they post up 3 dates in one week!
... P.S. I have no idea why I'm even awake right now. I was talking on the phone until almost 7am. and I was back up at 10:30. Something wierd's in the air.

#toriwave# I'm having withdrawals. I'm so bored...my classes are over and I don't feel like cleaning. I wish there were some Melon shows to go to. I miss you guys!

I hope you guys do adjust soon! I can of course understand why you would suffer withdrawals, although I'm yet to experience them. I can imagine myself being really depressed (and also happy of course that I've seen them) the day after seeing Blind Melon, especially as I don't live in the US or Canada (yet ) so you can never tell when you'll next see them!

I can say for sure that I have had major withdrawals since I got back to Colorado. Seriously, I have had dreams about being on tour with Blind Melon, and when I wake up, I can't go back to sleep. Lack of focus, slight dementia, and the list goes on. I think a doctor might diagnose me with melonitis. Not only am I jonesin' for the music, I am also jonesin' to be around melons. I mean, people at my work are so less entertaining now that I have been around a group of people who have this common thread. I'm sure, that like anything, it will get better with time. But there is no doubt that if I could choose to have the feeling all the time that a Blind Melon tour gives off, then I wouldn't think twice about it.

I feel that seeing Blind Melon live and meeting all you guys has made me so happy that normal life is just "blah". I need another fix soon!

Is that it? I was wondering if my life just sucked. We have to find a way to see each other more often...like move to the same town or quit our jobs and follow BM next year.

After Neil is done with school and starts work I am so quitting my job, going back to school, and taking some time for myself too. Following the band for a while with good friends is just what I want to do!

I have 4 weeks vacation, 3 personal days and about a month of sick time. I would love to do an extended road trip next year. I only did a week this year, that's not nearly enough. I have problems, I know.
