I got a chance to see Energy is Everything in Phoenix a couple weeks ago. There was 5-10 people there, so I got a chance to talk to C. Shinn. He was one of the nicest, most humble people I've met. At least, for people who have a reason to be cocky. He said that the BM, UT, EIE tour is a possibility, but nothing was confirmed yet.
The band sounded great. I picked up the cd. It hasn't left my car since.
For a fan of UT, I think it is a must.
Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Ya, seen EIE in Philadelphia on Thursday 26th. They definitely kicked ass. I recorded the whole show on my digital camera. It's formated to quicktime. If anyone's interested in seeing it drop me a line, i'm sure something can be worked out. later, -Jim

So, I'm in the process of working something out with Unified Theory to help them get their 2nd album out there... iTunes is being a bitch. So, I offered an alternative to them. If all goes as planned, people will be able to buy the album directly from the MySpace site... I also believe it will be available for everyone...not just the USA.... Here's hoping! For an example of the player, check out www.myspace.com/12Daze ... If all goes well, we'll have a player exactly like that one up on the UT MySpace site.

I dunno if anyone seen this but an amazing performance. I never really had time to really get into Unified Theory but I am starting to dig them. Really soothing and the lead singer has quite a whimsical voice

Shinn is holding back so much... That's definitely not the right setting for him. Thanks for posting this though.. I'm going to watch the other 2 parts.

Sweet! The press kit is finally up. I haven't seen it since they had an official site.

I just came across the 3 part acoustic session. I would agree w/ u Matt. Chris was holding back. Do you think the intimate setting was intimidating? pretty good still

I think that not playing plugged in just forced him to hold back. I'm sure if the band would have done a full, plugged in, acoustic show (ie..MTV Unplugged) with full percussion, he wouldn't hold back.
The guy has a powerful voice. If he were to belt it out in the store setting, chances are, we wouldn't be able to hear anything but him...

I think you are right. He seemed a lil more comfortable w/ the other to parts to that series.

Thanks for posting the youtube link! That's my favorite UT song! I agree that Shinn is holding back, but it sounds great with the acoustic music.
Where the fuck is the crowd? I can't believe so few people are there. I guess that was before it was so easy to promote music on the internet.
